At Boot World, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your journey; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
